CBD oil for anxiety/depression/pain: Suggested to take twice a day (start at 0.25 ml and then work your way up to 1ml twice per day)
CBD oil for sleep: If <100 lbs, start at 0.25mL, if >100lbs, start at 0.5mL and work your way up to 1ml at bedtime
Topical creams/oils can be applied to affected area 1-3 times per day.
Soothing cream can be rubbed into any area that you are having pain topically. It is not meant for intravaginal use or oral consumption. Apply a small amount to affected area twice to three times per day as needed for pain/discomfort/inflammation. Add 5-10 drops per 120mL of any essential oil you like! Suggested uses would be: Eucalyptus (aches and pains/cold relief), Lavender (calming/relaxing), peppermint (soothing/helps nausea when applied near belly button or for foot fungus), tea tree (for skin conditions or fungus)
